How do I create an account?

Download RootStall from the App Store and sign up with your email, Google account, Apple ID, or phone number. You'll be guided through a quick onboarding to set up your profile.

How do I become a vendor?

Go to your Dashboard tab and tap "Become a Vendor." You'll complete a 3-step application with your business details. Once approved by our team, you can start listing products and attending markets.

How do payments work?

RootStall supports two payment methods: card payments (processed securely through Square) and pay-at-pickup (cash paid in person at the market). Vendors can accept both through the app.

How do I list a product?

Once you're an approved vendor, go to your Dashboard and tap "Add Product." Add a photo, name, description, price, category, and inventory count. Your product will be visible to buyers immediately.

How do I attend a market?

Browse upcoming markets on the Markets tab. Tap on a market to see details, then request to attend. The market host will review and approve your request. Once approved, you'll appear on the market's vendor list.

How do I cancel an order?

Vendors can cancel orders from their Incoming or Preparing tabs. Card payment orders are automatically refunded through Square when cancelled. Buyers can contact the vendor via in-app chat to request cancellation.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your profile, listings, and personal data. Transaction records may be retained for legal compliance.
